The Swedish designed Grasshopper is a modular project that comes in 10 square meter segments to be combined in any manner. The tent-like cover connects the two main blocks of the house creating a very usable and enjoyable outdoor living space.

Being modular, you can easily customize size/location of windows to best fit the site.

This is probably my favorite. I love all the windows but I’m just wondering how in the heck are they going to stay cool? If it were me I’d hide some automatic roller shades in the ceiling that you could just use a remote on. Maybe, that is what they have done.
You could cut in to the ceiling and have the electronic eye available somewhere on the wall or ceiling.
