when designers collaborate: exhibit

The INSTANT group based in Zuerich, Switzerland uses the “body as a biological and social construct in order to develop research projects and architectural practice on various scales”. They conceived this traveling display platform for architectural exhibitions as a statement about Swiss architecture. The topography of it was derived from a map found on a chocolate box. You can certainly see the swiss design hand in the details which make the display seem seamless.

I like the way that the topography relates to the body and allows each artifact to be displayed at a particular height with its own relation to the ground.
