Who would think that the radiator could be the source of design inspiration? For designer Marco Dessi, that’s exactly what it was. Though the radiator is a staple of a past time for much of the world, there are still plenty of older homes and city apartments that still employ what are usually unsightly tangles of pipe. Dessi has provided a solution for contemporary owners to modernized their domicile.

On a side note, though radiators are considered an old technology, when used in the right kind of space and in the right kind of climate, they can be a very sustainable solution (so long as it’s heated via water and not electricity).
