when designers collaborate: clothing

Hats off to artist Lindsay Sutton and furniture designer Doha Chebib on their Loyal Loot clothing line. These ladies have been around since 2004 but I just now ran across their stuff. Their goal is to “focus on pieces that embody a paired down luxury through use of luxurious materials and concepts in clothing for the everyday”. Many of pieces are meant to be layered on items we already own to add luxury and flavor to basic pieces.

I love the Startrek Sweater Vest and the Party Frock. The lines of all of their pieces are simple and clean but elegant. Plus they look very comfortable. Not quiet as pricey as I would expect for one of a kind pieces either. Yay for collaboration!!
