a portrait of our postal service
June 3, 2008
Tim Knowles attaches pens to things such as trees and balloons and lets wind and nature become the artists.
In this series, the postal project, he has attached a pen to a postal box to make a portrait of the postal system.
He has done several postal works with pens placed differently. Here are the results.
I would love to be the one to open one of these for the first time.
Be sure to check out his spy box which chronicles a packages journey through the system!
